Yes, we offer mobile notary services within the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. We can come to your location—whether it's your home, office, hospital, long-term care facility, or another agreed-upon setting. Travel fees apply based on distance, time of day, and urgency.

Can you notarize documents for use outside of Canada?

Yes, but additional steps may be required such as an Apostille or legalization. We can guide you on the process depending on the destination country.

Do you provide legal advice on documents being notarized?

We do not provide legal advice on the content of your documents unless it falls within the scope of paralegal services.

What’s the difference between a notary and a commissioner of oaths?

A notary can do everything a commissioner can do but also certify true copies and notarize documents for international use.
